摘要
为满足癌症患者日益提高的康复需求、克服传统认知康复训练趣味性差、缺乏个体化设计、生态效度低的局限性,设计开发了基于虚拟现实技术(Virtual Reality,VR)的癌症患者认知评估和康复系统,该系统包括认知评估、认知康复干预和认知评价3个模块。并在21名受试者中进行初步应用以测试该系统的稳定性与安全性。结果显示,受试者能够像完成日常生活活动一样完成虚拟环境下的认知康复任务,相比于传统的纸笔形式,受试者更喜欢应用VR进行认知评估,且未出现与VR一体机或认知评估和干预相关的不良事件。由此可见,将VR技术应用于癌症认知康复是可行、可接受和安全的,但VR认知评估和康复训练系统的有效性仍需要在癌症认知障碍患者中进行检验。
In order to meet the increasing rehabilitation needs of cancer patients,a cognition assessment and rehabilitation system based on Virtual Reality(VR)technology for cancer patients was developed.This VR system overcomes the limitations of traditional cognitive assessment and rehabilitation training,which are lack of fun,unmet individual needs,and low ecological validity.This VR cognition assessment and rehabilitation system includes three modules:cognitive assessment,cognitive rehabilitation intervention and cognitive function evaluation.A preliminary application was performed in 21 participants to test the stability and safety of this system.The results showed that the participants can complete the cognitive rehabilitation tasks in the virtual environment freely and comfortably.Compared with the traditional format assessment such as paper and pencil-based format,the participants prefer to use VR for cognitive assessment.And there were no adverse events happened related to VR equipment.Therefore,applying VR technology to cognition assessment and rehabilitation for cancer patients is feasible,acceptable and safe,but future research is needed to examine the effectiveness of this VR cognitive assessment and rehabilitation system for cancer patients.
