不同清洗方法对管腔类器械的清洗效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究管腔类器械清洗中不同清洗方法的效果。方法将本院消毒供应中心回收的管腔类器械共700件分为A、B、C、D、E共5组,对应采用的清洗方法为超声波清洗、蒸气清洗、超声波结合蒸气清洗、全自动清洗消毒机清洗、真空沸腾清洗机清洗,分析不同清洗方法的清洗效果。结果E组管腔类器械清洗合格率与满意度略高于D、C组合格率,但三组均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。E、D、C三组的合格率与满意度高于A、B组(P<0.05)。A、B组合格率与满意度无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在清洗管腔类器械时,真空沸腾清洗机的清洗效果更佳,其次是超声波结合蒸气清洗法、全自动清洗消毒机,可为消毒供应中心管理者选择最佳的清洗方法提供参考和依据。 Objective To study the effects of different cleaning methods in the cleaning of lumen instruments.Methods Our hospital disinfection supply center of recycling class equipment,A total of 700 lumens is divided into A,B,C,D,E,A total of 5 groups,corresponding to the cleaning method for ultrasonic cleaning,steam cleaning,ultrasonic combined with steam cleaning,automatic cleaner for cleaning and sanitation cleaning machine,vacuum boiling cleaning,analysis of different cleaning method of cleaning effect.Results The qualified rate and satisfaction of lumen cleaning of group E was slightly higher than that of group D and C,but there was no statistical difference among the three groups(P>0.05).The pass rate and satisfaction of group E,D and C were higher than that of group A and B(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the pass rate and satisfaction in group A and B(P>0.05).Conclusion The vacuum boiling cleaning machine has better cleaning effect when cleaning the tube cavity instruments,followed by ultrasonic wave combined with steam cleaning method and automatic cleaning and disinfection machine,which can provide reference and basis for managers of disinfection supply center to choose the best cleaning method.
