摘要
针对地质不良区域有轨电车嵌入式轨道结构可能出现的工后路基不均匀沉降问题,建立了嵌入式轨道结构有限元模型。通过优化轨道结构参数,探究了路基不均匀沉降作用下轨道结构受力及变形规律,确定了轨道结构参数的合理变化范围。结果表明:轨道板中心区混凝土应力随轨道板长度增加而增大,轨道板长度不宜大于5.6 m;轨道板侧边混凝土应力随轨道板宽度增加而增大,轨道板宽度宜取2.2~2.6 m;在满足结构配筋率的前提下,可适度增大注浆孔直径为0.8 m及以上,注浆孔中心距不宜大于2.6 m。该研究成果可以为地质条件不良区域有轨电车线路设计、施工以及相关养护维修提供指导意见。
Aiming at the uneven settlement of the subgrade after construction that may occur in the embedded track structure of the tram in the poor geological area.The finite element model of the embedded track structure was established.By optimizing the track structure parameters,the force and deformation laws of the track structure under the effect of the uneven settlement of the subgrade were explored,and the reasonable range of the track structure parameters was determined.The results show that the concrete stress in the center area of the track slab increases with the length of the track slab,and the length of the track slab should not be greater than 5.6 m;the concrete stress on the side of the track slab increases with the width of the track slab,and the width of the track slab should be 2.2~2.6 m.Under the premise of satisfying the structural reinforcement ratio,the diameter of the grouting hole can be appropriately increased to 0.8 m and above,and the center distance of the grouting hole should not be greater than 2.6 m.The research results can provide guidance for the design,construction and related maintenance of tram lines in areas with poor geological conditions.
