摘要
目的明确氟雷拉纳、溴虫氟苯双酰胺、四唑虫酰胺和氯虫苯甲酰胺对台湾乳白蚁的毒杀效能。方法采用药膜法进行生物测定。结果处理台湾乳白蚁96 h后,氟雷拉纳、溴虫氟苯双酰胺、四唑虫酰胺和氯虫苯甲酰胺的致死中浓度(LC_(50))分别为0.464、3.651、53.392和154.232 mg/L。以联苯菊酯毒力值(LC_(50)=3.024 mg/L)为对照,氟雷拉纳对台湾乳白蚁的毒力最高,其毒力指数TR达6.5;溴虫氟苯双酰胺、四唑虫酰胺和氯虫苯甲酰胺的TR分别为0.83、0.06和0.02。结论新型化合物氟雷拉纳和溴虫氟苯双酰胺可作为高效防治乳白蚁的候选药剂。
Objective To determine the efficacy of fluralaner,broflanilide,tetraniliprole and chlorantraniliprole against Coptotermes formosanus.Methods Residual film method was employed for the bioassay.Results Ninety six hours after the treatment,the LC_(50)s of fluralaner,broflanilide,tetraniliprole and chlorantraniliprole were 0.464,3.651,53.392 and 154.232 mg/L respectively.Compared with bifenthrin(LC_(50)=3.024 mg/L),fluralaner had the highest toxicity to C.formosanus,with toxicity ratio(TR)of 6.5,while broflanilide,tetraniliprole and chlorantraniliprole held the TRs as 0.83,0.06 and 0.02 respectively.Conclusion The novel compounds of fluralaner and broflanilide could be used as candidates for effective control of C.formosanus.
