摘要
【目的/意义】高校教育问题是全社会的焦点问题,任何涉及学生个体利益的问题往往会酿成重大舆情,引起社会关注。因此,必须高度重视高校突发事件网络舆情的传播、演化和处置,保障大学生正常的学习生活不被外界舆论打扰。【方法/过程】本文主要从高校突发事件网络舆情的传播和演化两个方面展开研究,首先分析了高校突发事件网络舆情传播的影响因素以及演化动因,在此基础上,对高校突发事件网络舆情的演化阶段及其影响因素进行了分析。【结果/结论】高校网络舆情演化的影响因素包括了主观和客观两个方面,且其共同决定了高校网络舆情的演化阶段。为了降低高校网络舆情的负面影响,高校及其管理者需要从这两个方面入手,进行进一步的引导和完善。【创新/局限】目前本文只是从理论层面对高校突发事件网络舆情进行了定性分析,在未来的研究中将对高校突发事件展开定量研究。
【Purpose/significance】The issue of higher education is a focal point in the entire society,and any issue involving the individual interests of students often leads to significant public opinion and social attention.Therefore,it is necessary to attach great importance to the dissemination,evolution,and disposal of online public opinion in university emergencies,to ensure that college students'normal learning and life are not disturbed by external public opinion.【Method/process】This article mainly focuses on two main aspects:the dissemination and evolution of online public opinion in university emergencies.Firstly,it analyzes the influencing factors and evolutionary motivations of the dissemination of online public opinion in university emergencies.Based on this,it analyzes the stages and influencing factors of the development of online public opinion in university emergencies.【Result/conclusion】The influencing factors of the evolution of university online public opinion include subjective and objective aspects,and together they determine the evolution stage of university online public opinion.In order to reduce the negative impact of online public opinion in universities,universities and their managers need to start from these two aspects and further guide and improve them.【Innovation/limitations】Currently,this article only qualitatively analyzes the network public opinion of university emergencies from a theoretical perspective,and will conduct quantitative research on university emergencies in future research.
