摘要
目的讨论在腰椎间盘突出症伴坐骨神经痛患者中采用针灸治疗的效果。方法将2018年3月至2019年5月在我院接受治疗的120例腰椎间盘突出症伴坐骨神经痛患者纳入研究,并随机分为两组各60例,给予对照组常规药物治疗,给予实验组针灸治疗。观察两组患者治疗后疼痛改善情况和治疗效果差异。结果实验组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异较大具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异较大具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症伴坐骨神经痛能够有效改善疾病症状,减轻患者疼痛,治疗效果显著,应用价值较高。
Objective To discuss the effect of acupuncture treatment in patients with lumbar disc herniation and sciatica.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with lumbar disc herniation and sciatica who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups,60 patients,and given the control group for routine medication.The experimental group was given acupuncture treatment.The difference in post-treatment pain improvement and treatment effect between the two groups was observed.Results The pain scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation with sciatica can effectively improve the symptoms of the disease,reduce the pain of patients,the treatment effect is significant,and the application value is higher.
